คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยพะเยา เข้าร่วมการประชุมวิชาการนานาชาติ "The International Conference for Public Health, Environment, and Education for Sustainable Development Goals and Lifelong Learning" (การประชุมวิชาการนานาชาติด้านสาธารณสุขสิ่งแวดล้อม และการศึกษา เพื่อเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนและการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต) ณ ห้องเธียเตอร์ ชั้น 2 อาคารสาธารณสุขวิศิษฏ์ คณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล
โดยรองศาสตาจารย์ ดร.เกษแก้ว เสียงเพราะ รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิจัยและนวัตกรรม ดร.ศศิวิมล บุตรสีเขียว รองคณบดีฝ่ายวิชาการและคุณภาพนิสิต พร้อมด้วยบุคลากรคณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ เข้าร่วมประชุมวิชานานาชาติฯ ดังกล่าว ซึ่งมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้อาจารย์ นักวิจัย นักวิชาการ นักศึกษา รวมถึงผู้สนใจทั้งภายในและต่างประเทศ ได้มีโอกาสรับฟังข้อมูลที่ทันสมัยต่อสถานการณ์ปัจจุบันทั้งในระดับชาติและนานาชาติ ได้นำเสนอผลงานวิจัย และแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นทางวิชาการ ร่วมกับนักวิจัยทั้งชาวไทยและชาวต่างประเทศ ทั้งนี้เพื่อส่งเสริมการบรรลุเป้าหมายการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืน (SDGs) ภายในปี 2573 ด้วยการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้เชี่ยวชาญในด้านสุขภาพและการสาธารณสุข ผู้กำหนดนโยบาย และผู้นำชุมชน โดยมุ่งหวังที่จะสร้างความคิดริเริ่มใหม่ ๆ ที่สามารถสร้างผลกระทบเชิงบวกต่อชีวิตและความเป็นอยู่ที่ดีของผู้คนในโลก ในการนี้มีคณาจารย์ร่วมนำเสนอผลงานวิจัยทั้งแบบปากเปล่า (Oral presentation) และโปสเตอร์ (Poster presentation) เพื่อเผยแพร่ผลงานวิชาการด้านวิจัยและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้ร่วมด้วย
นอกจากนั้นได้มีการประชุมหารือความร่วมมือด้านวิชาการและการวิจัยร่วมกับ Professor Paul Ratanasiripong (Ph.D.) จาก California State University Long Beach Education, USA. อาจารย์บุญเรือง ขาวนวล คณะวิทยาการสุขภาพและการกีฬา มหาวิทยาลัยทักษิณ ในการพัฒนาแนวทางการดำเนินการวิจัยภายใต้แนวทางแก้ไขปัญหาด้านสุขภาพแบบองค์รวมในแต่ละภูมิภาค และสร้างนักวิจัยรุ่นใหม่ให้มีสมรรถนะในการพัฒนาการเขียนวิจัยให้มีประสิทธิภาพต่อไป

Between September 28th and 29th, 2023, the School of Public Health, University of Phayao, participated in the international academic conference "The International Conference for Public Health, Environment, and Education for Sustainable Development Goals and Lifelong Learning" held at the Theater Room, 2nd Floor, Sirikit Public Health Building, Faculty of Public Health, Mahidol University.
Associate Professor Dr. Katekaew Seangpraw, Deputy Dean for Research and Innovation, along with Dr. Sasivimol Bootsikeaw, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Student Quality Development, along with the school members of the School of Public Health, participated in the aforementioned international multidisciplinary conference. The objective of this participation was to provide an opportunity for academics, researchers, scholars, students, as well as interested individuals from both local and international communities to receive up-to-date information on the current national and international situations. This event facilitated the presentation of research findings and academic exchanges involving both Thai and international researchers. The primary goal was to promote the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) within the year 2030, with the active engagement of experts in the fields of health and public health, policy-makers, and community leaders. The aim was to stimulate innovative thinking that could have a positive impact on people's lives and well-being globally. During the conference, school members presented their research works through oral presentations and poster sessions, fostering mutual learning and knowledge exchange.
Additionally, there was a discussion and collaboration meeting on academic and research initiatives with Professor Paul Ratanasiripong, Ph.D., from California State University Long Beach Education, USA. Lecturer Boonruang Khaonuan, Faculty of Health and Sports Science, Thaksin University, participated in developing research strategies aimed at comprehensive health problem-solving approaches in different regions. The goal was to cultivate a new generation of researchers with the capabilities to efficiently develop ongoing research endeavors.
