ในการนี้ ได้รับเกียรติจาก ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.รัศมี สุขนรินทร์ ประธานคณะกรรมการตรวจประเมิน พร้อมด้วย ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ปราณี อยู่ศิริ และ ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ธีรุตม์ หมื่นวงษ์เทพ กรรมการตรวจประเมิน เข้าตรวจประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษาระดับหลักสูตร โดยมี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.สมคิด จูหว้า คณบดีคณะสาธารณสุขศาสตร์ กล่าวต้อนรับคณะกรรมการ และ ดร.สุทธิชัย ศิรินวล ประธานหลักสูตร นำเสนอผลการดำเนินงานของหลักสูตร

การตรวจประเมินประกอบด้วยการนำเสนอผลการดำเนินงานของหลักสูตร การสัมภาษณ์อาจารย์ผู้รับผิดชอบหลักสูตร อาจารย์ประจำหลักสูตร บุคลากรสายสนับสนุน ผู้ใช้บัณฑิต ศิษย์เก่า และนิสิตปัจจุบัน รวมถึงการพิจารณาเอกสารและหลักฐานเชิงประจักษ์ เพื่อสะท้อนผลการดำเนินงาน จุดแข็ง และข้อเสนอแนะสำหรับการพัฒนาหลักสูตรอย่างต่อเนื่อง

การประเมินคุณภาพการศึกษาระดับหลักสูตรในครั้งนี้ เป็นกลไกสำคัญในการส่งเสริมและยกระดับคุณภาพการจัดการศึกษาของหลักสูตรให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานการอุดมศึกษา พร้อมทั้งมุ่งพัฒนาหลักสูตรให้สามารถผลิตบัณฑิตที่มีคุณภาพ มีสมรรถนะทางวิชาชีพ และตอบสนองต่อความต้องการของชุมชนและสังคมได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

On 13 July 2026, the Bachelor of Public Health Program in Community Health, School of Public Health, University of Phayao, welcomed the External Assessment Committee for the Internal Educational Quality Assessment of the Program for the Academic Year 2025 at the School of Public Health Meeting Room, University of Phayao.

The assessment committee was chaired by Assistant Professor Dr. Rassamee Suknarin, with Assistant Professor Dr. Pranee U-Siri and Assistant Professor Dr. Theerut Muenwongthep serving as committee members. The committee conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the program. On this occasion, Assistant Professor Dr. Somkid Juhwa, Dean of the School of Public Health, delivered the welcoming remarks, while Dr. Suttichai Sirinuan, Chair of the Community Health Program, presented the program’s performance and achievements, highlighting its management, teaching and learning, graduate development, and quality assurance processes.

The assessment process included presentations on the program’s performance, interviews with program administrators, full-time faculty members, supporting staff, employers, alumni, and current students, as well as a review of documentary evidence and supporting materials. The evaluation aimed to identify the program’s strengths, areas for improvement, and recommendations for continuous quality enhancement.

This internal quality assessment serves as an important mechanism for strengthening academic quality, ensuring compliance with national higher education standards, and promoting continuous improvement. It also reflects the program’s commitment to producing competent, ethical, and socially responsible public health graduates who are well prepared to meet the evolving needs of communities and society.
